My Approach and method of workingWhat ist the current situation? What is your motivation to act now and what has to be clarified? How do we know, that the situation has changed according to one’s intentions? What is important for a trusting cooperation? My work starts there, where the managers, the teams or the companies are "situated". The next working steps are developed together. If tools or methods have already been introduced, we include them in the work, if it makes sense. New ideas and innovative impulses get immediately included in the work process. In addition to my skills and competence, a 20 years’ "practice" contributes to the processes and to your success. Clear communication, discretion and confidentiality are as well fundamental to change processes. I don’t get involved in internal power games and I don’t interfere with internal decision making. The purpose of interventions are to mobilize and redirect energies. By working out a common understanding of the current situation, of hidden controversial interests; by slowing down the decision making and by committing oneself to the necessary changes.
